The Team Values Behind the Top-Notch IT Services and Managed IT Vaughan Deserves
Be the Client
We listen to our clients and other team members to understand the full scope of the requirements and goals. We put ourselves in your shoes as we design and build the processes, tools, and infrastructure that will make your team more productive.
Give the 360° Solution
Our goal is to give our clients the full solution, so your technology becomes a profit enhancer rather than a profit hindrance. That’s why our offerings go beyond service desk or IT support to give a VCIO, IT Strategy, and Process Improvement.
Be a Problem Solver
We look beyond the problem to find its actual source so we can resolve it. When we work as your Managed Service Provider, we’ll work with your team and any vendors until we have fully fixed any issue at hand.
Always Looking Forwards
We strive to deal with our mistakes as a team, learn from them, fix them, and then not look back and repeat them. We also aim to provide proactive and forward-facing solutions by identifying issues as soon as they’re spotted.
Working to Live, Not living to work
We want our employees to feel supported to take care of family and personal needs. So we believe in creating a flexible, asynchronous, and remote-friendly workplace – as long as the work is getting done well and on time, then we are satisfied.
Treating Employees Like Experts
We believe our employees are experts who can be trusted to have ownership over their work and feel empowered to improve results. So we trust our experts to create solutions in efficient ways that work for them and to seek continual improvement for the company and for our clients.
What Sets Us Apart
Vaughan runs on manufacturing, construction, and logistics. Manufacturing alone accounts for roughly a fifth of the city’s employment, construction another 13 percent, and the city moves goods for national employers like UPS Canada and Canadian National Railway. Vaughan also contributed roughly $20.6 billion to the region’s real GDP as of 2018, the third-largest employment base in the GTA after Toronto and Mississauga. Most of that economy runs on small and mid-sized businesses: over 80 percent of Vaughan’s establishments have under 20 employees.
That’s a very different technology environment than a downtown office tower, and it needs a provider who treats it that way. A production line going down isn’t an inconvenience, it’s lost revenue and a missed shipment. Before ACT360 recommends anything, we assess what’s actually running in your business: what systems talk to each other, where updates need to happen outside production hours, and where a spreadsheet has quietly become the thing holding a process together. That’s the first step in ACTION, our named process for understanding a business before we touch its technology.
We’re a Barrie-based team, and we work with businesses across Vaughan the same way we do for clients throughout Central and Southern Ontario: remotely for most day-to-day support, on-site when a project or an issue genuinely calls for it.

Ask when they last brought you a recommendation you didn’t have to ask for first. We run an assessment before anything else so you can see, in writing, what’s working and what’s held together by habit, with no obligation to act on it.
Yes, and it’s worth asking any provider that question regardless of their address. Monitoring, patching, help desk, and security run remotely no matter where the office sits, and we’re on-site in Vaughan whenever a project or an issue actually needs a person in the building. What matters is whether we know your operation, not our commute.
We don’t do a big-bang cutover. Every engagement starts with discovery, then a phased rollout that validates each system before moving to the next, with updates scheduled around your production hours instead of during them.
Most Vaughan clients land between $80 and $150 CAD per user per month for full-service managed IT. A full-time IT hire in Ontario runs $80,000 to $120,000 CAD a year before benefits; for a 30-seat company, that’s roughly the cost of a full ACT360 team instead of one person.
No. Managed IT agreements include a 90-day exit clause, so if we’re not delivering, you’re not stuck waiting out a renewal to leave.
Both, and that’s the point of ACTION: we assess and understand how your specific business runs, whether that’s a Vaughan machine shop, a builder, or a logistics operation, before recommending anything.
