IT Readiness Assessment for Ontario Businesses

Free. No Obligation. No Sales Pitch.

An IT Readiness Assessment is a free, no-obligation review of your current technology, environment, and risk, done by ACT360’s senior team, not a junior rep reading a script, so you know what’s actually working before anyone recommends a thing. It’s the first step of ACTION, our named process, not a sales call wearing a different name.

Request a call back below and a member of our team will reach out within one business day. No pitch, just a conversation.

What an IT Readiness Assessment Actually Covers

An IT Readiness Assessment is a structured review of what’s actually running in your business today, not a quote built from a headcount and a device list. It covers your network and infrastructure, your backup and recovery setup, your security posture, and what you’re currently paying for licensing and support, then puts all of it in a written document you can actually show your leadership team.

Most “free consultations” in this industry are a sales call with a different name. This isn’t that. ACT360’s assessment is the Assess step of ACTION, our named process, and it exists specifically so you get a recommendation built on what your business actually needs, not on what’s easiest to sell. If the honest answer is that your current setup is mostly fine, that’s what you’ll hear.

The person doing the assessment is the same senior team that would go on to manage the work, not a sales rep who hands you off once the contract is signed.

A Written Report You Can Show Leadership

Not a verbal summary. A document that explains what’s working, what isn’t, and why.

A Real Assessment vs. a Sales Call in Disguise

Typical “Free Consultation” ACT360 IT Readiness Assessment
Based on A headcount and a device list What’s actually running in your environment
Who’s in the room A sales rep The senior team that would do the work
What you walk away with A quote A written document explaining what’s working and what isn’t
If nothing needs to change You still get a pitch You’re told that, plainly

What Ontario Businesses Ask Before Booking

Yes. There’s no cost and no obligation to move forward afterward. The assessment is how ACT360 earns the right to make a recommendation, not something billed separately.

The assessment’s job is to tell you what’s actually true about your environment, even when that means telling you a change isn’t necessary yet. If a recommendation follows, it’s built on what we found, not a quota.

Most assessments are scoped around a short initial call followed by a deeper environment review; the exact time depends on how many systems and locations are involved, which we’ll confirm when we book yours.

Nothing beyond being ready to talk plainly about what’s frustrating you about your current setup. Access to systems, if needed, is arranged after the initial conversation, not before.

No. Some businesses get an assessment specifically to find out whether switching is even worth it. There’s no requirement to change anything as a result.

You get a written report covering what’s working, what isn’t, and, if relevant, what a recommendation would look like and cost. What you do with it afterward is up to you.

  • Adam, Jeffrey and entire ACT360 Team are professional, courteous and most importantly, know their stuff. They have been able to jump into our very technical team and enable them by taking daily infrastructure tasks off our plate so our team can do what they do best.
