“I was having issues turning on my computer and when I was able to get it turned on it was going on and off. They determined it was my power supply and offered to purchase and install. I ended up purchasing and installing it myself, but that fixed my issue. The charge for their service was minimal (28 with taxes). Unfortunately just after that my hard drives fried. I took it back to them again and being the courteous people they were, they took a look (at no cost) and let me know that they weren't going to work again and that if I wanted the data to see a data recovery specialist (they don't provide this type of service).”
