Full-Time Client Services
Coordinator

ACT360 Web & IT Inc is growing and we’re looking for a client service coordinator this position is key to keeping our customers happy and our IT staff completely up to date at all times with customers' requests. They will need to be comfortable communicating with customers and tech staff. The role will involve prioritizing requests and assigning tasks. Keeping clients up to date with their requests as well as working with the techs to provide updates to customer leadership with suggestions and findings to help improve their business with technology.

You are an ideal candidate if you are an organized person, who likes variety and working with people in a variety of businesses.

After training, you will work mostly from home with a few days in the office a month to meet with leadership.

Role Details

Your day-to-day will involve a mix of service coordination, account management, and client administration. This job will involve talking with customers' leadership and getting to learn about their business to help determine how we can use IT to support their business goals.

After training and with the help of documentation, we are looking for you too:
Manage incoming emails and triage/assign them to technicians based on documentation
Reply to customers and set reasonable expectations of service follow-up based on requirements
Answer phone calls from clients, take notes about service requirements, and ask questions to get all the information required
Call/email clients back as required for contract, project, and ticket management
Manage technician schedules to ensure task completion and 24/7 urgent issue coverage
Create financial quotes, invoices, and reports as needed
Categorize and organize financial records and receipts
Manage vendor payments, order materials from vendors, and ensure materials arrive and are recorded properly
Give leadership with updates on outstanding bills and client invoices as needed
Requirements:
1. 2+ Years' Experience in client service 
2. You do not need to be an IT person for this role. 
3. University graduate or College diploma in business preferred
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and the Microsoft Suite
5. Working knowledge of project management software, accounting software and project management
6.
concepts (preferred)
7. Must be local to the Simcoe County area and willing to travel for onsite meetings (Required)
8. Location: Remote with occasional on-site internal and customer meetings

This position reports to the Director of IT Services
Benefits:
This role provides Health, Flexible vacation time, and five paid "Personal" days per year.
Pay range:
45K - 65K salary
