ACT360 is growing and we’re looking for a versatile and organized person in the Barrie area who can help us give top notch customer service to our technology clients. In this role, you’ll serve as an integral member of our team as a liaison between clients, technicians, and the leadership team to keep client projects moving forward.  

After training, you’ll work mostly from home with a few days in the office a month to meet with leadership.  

Role Details: 

Your day-to-day will involve a mix of service coordination, account management, and  minor bookkeeping.  

After training and with the help of documentation, we’ll look to you to: 

  • Manage incoming emails and triage/assign them to technicians based on documentation  

  • Reply to customers and set reasonable expectations of service follow-up based on requirements 

  • Answer phone calls from clients, take notes about service requirements, and ask questions to get all the information required 

  • Call/email clients back as required for contract, project, and ticket management 

  • Manage technician schedules to ensure task completion and 24/7 urgent issue coverage 

  • Create financial quotes, invoices, and reports as needed 

  • Categorize and organize financial records and receipts 

  • Manage vendor payments, order materials from vendors, and ensure materials arrive and are recorded properly 

  • Give leadership with updates on outstanding bills and client invoices as needed 

Requirements:  

  • 2+ Years' Experience in an Office Setting  

  • Must be “tech savvy” with a general knowledge of technology concepts with an ability to learn more as needed 

  • Must have an ability to learn new software applications as needed 

  • Must have an ability to multi-task and prioritize projects, schedules, and team members 

  • Must be curious and have an ability to ask questions and gather information 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and the Microsoft Suite (Required) 

  • Must be local to the Barrie, Ontario area or willing to travel for onsite meetings (Required) 

  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks, bookkeeping practices, and Ontario tax requirements (Strongly Preferred) 

Location: Remote with occasional on-site for regular meetings 

Reports to: This position reports to the Director of IT  

Benefits:  
This role provides Health, Flexible vacation time, and five paid "Personal" days per year. 

Pay range: 36K-45K salary
